Membership includes:
- 2 in–depth, precision tune–ups per year, scheduled for your convenience
- 15% off all repairs
- Priority service (we move you to the top of the queue)
- Never pay extra for emergency service
These are not your typical "Clean & Checks." Each precision tune–up takes 1 – 1.5 hours to complete. Initial tune–up includes thorough inspection of duct system
Terms:
- Transferability
- Agreement is transferable. If you move, just let us know and we’ll pick up where we left off at your new home. We’ll also transfer the remainderof the agreement to whoever bought your old home.
- Scheduling
- One week before you’re due for your next tune–up, we’ll give you a call and schedule the tune–up for your convenience. If something comes up, please call and let us know. You can reschedule up to 3 times per inspection.
- Expiration
- All tune–ups must be used within 1 year of contract date (date agreement is signed)
- Multiple Systems
- Discounts on additional systems available only when they are located in the same building
33 Point Inspection:
- Verify that the outside unit is level
- Check and rinse condenser coil (if water available)
- Remove leaves and debris from outside unit
- Verify proper refrigerant charge
- Visually inspect refrigerant circuit & all components
- Check that service ports and valves are sealed
- Check compressor
- Check condenser fan motor
- Verify the presence of and check the filter drier(s)
- Verify type and proper operation of all metering devices
- Check all capacitors
- Check electrical components in outside unit; including contactor(s), control boards, relays, etc
- Verify electrical connections are tight and clean
- Verify proper breaker and wire sizes
- Verify presence and proper operation of disconnect(s)
- Inspect inside unit cabinet and clean
- Check filter and replace or clean as applicable (customer provides replacement filter)
- Clear condensate drain line and clean/ test condensate pump if present
- Test drain overflow switch (float switch) if present
- Check condition of evaporator coil
- Determine temperature drop across evaporator coil
- Check for air leaks from cabinet of inside unit and seal if present
- Check for air leaks from plenum and sealed return
- Check condition of inside unit’s stand
- Check blower motor
- Inspect blower assembly and blower wheel
- Check electrical components in inside unit; including transformer, control boards, relays, etc
- Check electric heat strips
- Check all accessories; UV lights, premium filters, etc
- Verify thermostat operation and mounting
- Check safety controls where applicable
- Check accessible ductwork for leaks
- Clean equipment exterior
